# Automindly

> Automindly brings AI into businesses that still run the traditional way, with one system built around each business and no AI experience needed.

Automindly builds one system around each business: what the business knows, how it runs, and a record of everything that happens. Owners and staff talk to it in plain language. It drafts the daily work (quotes, invoices, reminders, a morning summary) and nothing goes out without the owner's yes. It runs on the owner's own computer, beside the email and spreadsheets the business already uses.

Automindly is a trade name of Shoor Holdings LLC. It was founded in 2026 by Vishesh Shoor, who runs his own companies on the same system.

## Who it is for

- Owners of any small or medium business that runs on what the owner knows: prices, suppliers, promises to customers and the way things are done, kept in one person's head.
- Businesses whose people are not technical. No AI experience is needed.
- Owners planning to sell the business or hand it on, who need what is in their head written down so the business runs without them.

## How it works

- A free 20-minute first call, by phone or video, then a written quote for that business alone.
- Day 1: an audit of where the owner's week goes, on a video call or in person. The owner leaves with a written list of the jobs the system will take on, in order.
- Days 2 to 5: the system is set up around the business's customers, prices, rules and existing tools.
- Day 7: handover on a screen share, on the owner's own computer. On the first day it already knows the company; it then interviews the owner in plain language and files each answer.
- Staff use it through Slack or an app built for them. It answers from the same record.
- Over time it moves from answering questions, to noticing what the owner didn't ask about, to advising on decisions, to proposing things worth adding to the business.

## Pricing

Each business is quoted in writing after a first call. No prices are published. The business's files stay on its own computer under its own account; Automindly holds no customer data and runs no servers for it.
