No Experience Needed. We build an AI system around the way your business already works and set it up on your computer in one week. You talk to it in plain language. It drafts the daily work and waits for your yes. ### Most Businesses Haven't Put AI to Work Yet. - The prices, the promises and the way things are done live in your head. - The same details get typed again for every quote, invoice and order. - When you're away, the business slows down to wait for you. - AI sounds useful, but nobody on the team knows where to start. 76 in 100 small businesses use AI, and 14 have fully built it into their core operations. 73 say they'd benefit from more training and help putting it in place. That help is what we do. (Source: Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses Voices survey, March 2026.) ### Your Whole Business, Held in One Place The system holds what the business knows (customers, suppliers, prices), works with the tools you already use (email, WhatsApp, spreadsheets), drafts the daily work (invoices, quotes, reminders), keeps the record (orders, payments, promises), answers questions (margin, customers, money owed) and keeps your rules for how things are done. ### What It Does for You Every Day **Everything You Know, Written Down Once.** Your prices, suppliers, customers' preferences and the way you like things done, kept in one place you can search. Nobody fills in a form; it asks you. **The Daily Paperwork, Drafted for You.** Quotes, orders, invoices and reminders drafted from what it already knows, and every one logged as it happens. Open it any morning and see the whole business, including what has quietly stopped moving, such as a follow-up promised to a customer nine days ago with no movement. **And Then You Can Ask It Anything.** For example: We want to open a second location; where do we start? What could we be selling that we aren't? Which customers cost us more than they pay? What needs me this week? Can we afford another hire this year? Where is our margin going? ### Set Up in One Week, Around How You Already Work In one week: the system set up around your business, its first daily job drafting for you, and a written list of what comes next. You give us one day at the start and an hour at the end. - **Day 1, the audit: We Start With Your Week.** We spend a day with you, on a video call or in person, whichever suits how your business works, and follow how the work really moves: who asks you what, what gets typed twice, where things wait on you. By the end we know which job to take off your plate first, and you leave with a written list of the jobs it will take on, in the order we'll do them. - **Days 2 to 5, the build: Built Around Your Business.** We set the system up around what we heard: your customers, your prices, your rules and the tools you already use. - **Day 7, the handover: Yours to Run.** We walk you through it on a screen share, on your own computer. It already knows your company by name, and it asks you the rest in plain language. From there you run it. ### Built for People Who've Never Used AI - You ask it things the way you'd ask a colleague. - It asks you the questions; you never fill in a form. - Nothing goes out without your yes. - Ask how it got any figure and it shows you. - It runs on your own computer, beside the email and spreadsheets you already use. - Your team can ask it too, through Slack or an app we build for them. Example conversation (an example business): You ask "Who still owes us money?" It answers with the customers and amounts from the invoices still open in the record, shows how it got the figure when asked, drafts reminders when you say "Remind them", and sends them only after you say yes, writing that to the record. ### We Listen First, Then We Quote. **What We Build for You:** one system built around your business: what it knows, how it runs, and a record of everything that happens. Built around your business, not a template. An audit of where your week goes. Installed with you over screen share. Works with your email, spreadsheets and existing tools. A record of every order and decision. **How You Get a Quote:** no two businesses run the same way, so we price yours once we've heard how it runs. 1. Tell us about your business: send a message through the contact form, or write to hello@automindly.com. A few lines is enough. 2. A first call: on the phone or a video meeting, we listen to how your week runs and what you want off your plate. 3. A written quote: what we'd build first, what it costs and when it's done, for your business alone. ### Who's Behind It "I built Automindly to run my own companies. Since September it has written down more than a thousand pieces of work across them, so nothing depends on my memory." Vishesh Shoor, Founder, Automindly. --- ## Frequently asked questions (shown on every page) **Do I need to know anything about AI?** No. You talk to it in plain language and it asks you what it needs to know. We set it up with you over a screen share. **Can my staff use it?** Yes. Your team can ask it through Slack, or through an app or connection we build around how they already work, and it answers from the same record. Anything that would go out still waits for your yes. **What if it gets something wrong?** It drafts and waits for your yes, so nothing goes out before you've checked it. Ask how it got any figure and it shows you where it came from. Tell it what was wrong and it keeps the correction. **Where does my information live?** Your files stay on your own computer, under your own account. When you ask it something, the question goes to Claude, the AI it runs on. We hold nothing, because we have no servers. **What does it cost?** It depends on your business and what you want it to do first, so we quote in writing after a first call. No two businesses need the same thing. **What if I stop?** Everything it knows is kept as plain files on your computer, so it stays yours whatever you decide. **Can this help if I want to sell or hand over the business?** Yes. A buyer pays more for a business that runs without its owner, and family can take over one that does. We write down what lives in your head so whoever comes next can run it. See https://www.automindly.com/sell. --- ## How It Works (https://www.automindly.com/how-it-works) ### One Week From Your First Call to AI Working in Your Business No AI experience needed. We do the setting up; you give us one day at the start and an hour at the end. The path: a free 20-minute call, a written quote, then day 1 audit, days 2 to 5 build, day 7 handover. ### What Happens, Step by Step - **Step 1, a free 20-minute call.** We listen to how your business runs today and what you'd want off your plate. You tell us, by phone or a video meeting. You get a plain answer on whether we're the right fit. - **Step 2, a written quote.** We write down what we'd build first, what it costs and when it's done. You read it and say yes or no. You get a price for your business alone, before any work starts. - **Day 1, the audit.** We spend a day with you, on a video call or in person, following how the work really moves. You show us a normal day and answer our questions. You get a written list of the jobs it will take on, in order. - **Days 2 to 5, the build.** We set it up around your customers, prices, rules and the tools you already use. You do nothing, unless we have a question. You get the system, built around your business. - **Day 7, handover.** We walk you through it on a screen share, on your own computer. You spend an hour with us and ask it your first questions. You get a system you run. Your team can ask it too, through Slack or an app we build for them. What you need: a Mac or Windows computer. Your files stay on it, and nothing goes out without your yes. ### It Learns Your Business by Asking You About It On day one it already knows your company and what you do. Then it interviews you in plain language and files each answer where it belongs: customers, prices, your rules. You answer once. It never asks the same thing twice. ### What Using It Looks Like - **Quote to invoice:** you ask for a quote for a customer's usual order; it looks up the customer, the last price charged and your rules (for example, quotes need sign-off), drafts the quote, and you press Approve. When the customer confirms, the invoice builds itself from the quote, and both are written to the record. Nobody retypes anything. - **The morning summary:** each morning it reports what moved, what's waiting and what needs a decision. - **The week you're away:** the work carries on from the record. ### It Starts Out Answering. Six Months in, It's Bringing You Ideas. - **Week one, it answers:** ask it anything you covered in the interview and it answers from your own rules. - **Month one, it notices:** it starts pointing out things you didn't ask about in your morning summary, such as a supplier who has delivered late three times and the customer orders that slipped because of it. - **Month three, it advises:** ask it about a decision and it weighs it against everything that has happened so far, such as taking a large order but asking for half up front because the customer's last invoices were paid late. - **Month six, it proposes:** it brings you things worth adding to the business, with its reasons shown, such as a product several customers have asked for, with a price and a plan for the first month. Nobody upgrades it. It improves because it has more of your business to think with. --- ## About (https://www.automindly.com/about) ### Why I Built Automindly I grew up watching a good business depend on one man's memory. Automindly is what I built so mine wouldn't. ### Sixty Years, Kept in One Head My family has made hand tools in North India since 1963. For sixty years the prices, the suppliers, the promises made to customers and the rules nobody wrote down all lived in my father's memory. When he was away, the business slowed to whatever the rest of us could piece together. Nobody was careless. Writing things down was one more job at the end of a full day, so it never happened. When I started my own companies, I didn't want to run them that way. So I built a system that asks me questions in plain language and writes the answers down itself. I never fill in a form. Then something I hadn't planned for happened. Once it knew the whole business, I stopped using it only to keep records and started using it to think. It became the one place I could ask what to do next and get an answer based on everything that had already happened. That's what I build now: a system around your business, on your own computer. Vishesh Shoor, Founder, Automindly. ### From One Head to One Record What was kept in one head (prices, suppliers, promises made, who owes what, how we do things) is written into one record, filed as it's said. The business is the same. Now it's written down. ### I Run My Own Companies on It - It tells me where things stand: every morning it reads the record and reports what moved, what's waiting and what needs a decision from me. - It writes down the work as it happens: every decision and every piece of work goes into the record the moment it's done, more than a thousand pieces of work since September, so nothing depends on my memory. - It built the pictures on this site: every moving section was made by the same system, working from what it knows about Automindly. Nothing leaves without my yes. That rule is the same in the system you'd get. --- ## Sell or Hand Over (https://www.automindly.com/sell) For owners planning to sell or hand over. ### A Business That Runs Without You Is Worth More. We bring AI into your business and get everything in your head written down, so the business keeps going when you step back. No AI experience needed. ### 3 in 4 Businesses Put Up for Sale Never Find a Buyer. Only 20 to 30% of businesses that go up for sale actually sell. (Source: Exit Planning Institute.) ### What Happens the Day You Stop Coming In? A buyer asks: Which customers are worth keeping? What did you agree with each supplier? What has been promised, and to whom? How does a price get worked out? When the answer to each is "only you know", valuers take 10 to 25% off the price, and some buyers walk away. (Source: William Buck, business valuation advisers, January 2025.) ### Everything in Your Head, Written Down for Whoever Comes Next. Prices and discounts, suppliers and their terms, promises made to customers, how a quote gets built, and who to call when something breaks: moved from only in your head to written down and kept current as the business runs, so it's ready the day a buyer asks. ### The Work Carries On While You're Away. An example week with the owner away, Monday to Friday: quotes go out with prices from the record; a supplier is paid on the agreed terms; a date promised to a customer is kept; a new hire finds an answer without calling the owner; the week is summed up and sent to the owner. Buyers trust a business that has already run without its owner. This is how you show them. ### Sell It or Hand It On. The Record Goes With It. If you sell, a buyer checks every answer in the record before paying and takes over without calling you every day. If you hand over, your son, daughter or manager learns how you do things from the record and runs it without needing you for every answer. ### One Call, Then a Quote Made for Your Business. 1. A 20-minute call: you tell us about the business and what you want for it: a sale, a handover, or time away from it. 2. We see what lives in your head: where the knowledge sits, who depends on it, and what it would take to write it all down. 3. A quote made for your business: no price list and no packages. How the fee works is part of the conversation. ### What Owners Ask Before They Start **Do I have to be selling to start?** No. The same record makes the business easier to run today, and easier to sell or hand on when the time comes. **Are you a business broker?** No. We don't list or sell businesses. We get your business written down so it can run without you, which is what a buyer or a successor looks for. **Who sees the record?** It's kept in your own files, and you decide who sees it. When you sell or hand over, it goes with the business. **How long does it take?** We set it up in about a week. After that it stays current as the business runs. **What does it cost?** We quote on the first call, once we've heard how your business runs. There's no price list. ### Ready to Step Back?
